- All sales are final. We do not offer exchanges or refunds.
- Order cancellations are subject to a 5% restocking fee if the shipping company has not received the shipment information. If the shipping label has been created, we are unable to offer a refund on the shipping cost.
- For confirmed blind boxes, we open the box from the top or bottm to verify the item inside. If this is something you are not comfortable with, please do not place an order.
- If you order contains Preordered item(s), your entire order will not ship until all items have arrived at our store. Please order preorder items separately if you do not wish to wait with ship immediately items.
